SyncZer provides software and professional services for business operations. Features depend on your plan, your permissions, and any third-party systems you connect. We are not those third parties and do not control their availability or rules.

Your responsibilities

Keep account details accurate and credentials secure. Use the services only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for content, data, and accounts you submit or connect, and for following the rules of any third-party service you use through us. You grant us a license to process that material solely to provide the services.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the services, access accounts without permission, upload illegal or harmful content, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend or end access if these terms, the law, or a connected platform’s rules are violated.

Fees and ownership

Paid work is billed as stated on an order or invoice. SyncZer owns its software, brands, and materials. You own your content. A signed agreement between us controls if it conflicts with these website terms.

Limits

Services are provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us for the relevant services in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited.
